A Small Bag – A Lot of Potential
Universal, everyday tactical shoulder bag. Inspired by the bags used by the US Army since the 1960s to carry the M18A1 mine, known as the Claymore. This bag complements our product line, offering versatility for bushcraft, tourism, urban, and outdoor activities. Firearms users will appreciate the universal flat pockets, which fit AR/AK magazines perfectly.
Solid Materials at Hand
Made with 500D Cordura – far more durable than traditional nylon or polyester – the Claymore Bag is abrasion-resistant. It’s perfect for city use, such as commuting to work or university. It also functions as a tactical bag, keeping equipment safe even in dense forests or rocky terrains. Hook & loop and snap fasteners ensure small items stay secure.
Well-Organized Space
The Claymore Bag features fourteen pockets, enhancing its utility. It can serve as a go-bag, carrying extra ammo, a canteen, and a light jacket (like the Windrunner or Tramontane). For users who like to stay prepared, it works as a larger EDC organizer. The bag accommodates a 1-liter bottle, folding saw, small axe, and more. It bridges the gap between our eight-liter Haversack and the 2.5-liter Essential Kit Bag.
Outside – Comfort and Accessibility
In emergencies, outer pockets are placed for quick access. The front features two large patch pockets with hook & loop and optional snap fasteners, each containing two flat pockets, ideal for AR/AK magazines. Three additional pockets on the back increase the total to nine: seven flat and two external.
Inside – Security and Order
The rectangular main compartment has a zipper and is divided into four flat pockets and a free space for a notebook or tablet. An additional zippered pocket on the back wall secures valuables like documents or money. In total, there are five pockets and free space, with loops for hanging keys and other small items for easy access.
A Shoulder Bag Full of History
One of the most iconic items of US Army soldiers during the Vietnam War was the M7 Bandolier. This snap-fastened military bag with two pockets carried the M18A1 anti-personnel mine and devices like the M57. After detonation, soldiers reused the bags, which became known as "Claymore bags." Over time, civilian versions were commercially produced.m a ser produzidas comercialmente em versões civis.
