The PPSH-41 by Ares is a highly successful replica of the Russian Pistolet Pulemjot Schpagina from the World War II era. This weapon was not only popular within the Red Army but was also widely used as a captured weapon by German troops. The AEG features a sturdy construction with a steel sheet body and a real wood stock, giving it an extremely robust and high-quality feel.
The blowback mechanism has been enhanced and is not just a symbolic feature, as seen in other manufacturers' models, but an actual functionality that effectively simulates the movement of internal parts.
The internals of this AEG are also highly impressive. It includes 8 mm bearings, a piston with steel teeth, and the Power Up System (quick spring change system), showcasing the excellent craftsmanship of this model. The fps values are well within a very good range, and the rate of fire, at around 900 rpm, is slightly above average.
