The bag is used to minimize the consequences associated with a failure (for example, short circuit or puncture) of the Li-Po battery. However, it does not guarantee 100% protection against the consequences of failure. Therefore, the most important thing is to follow all safety rules related to the handling of Li-Po batteries. When the battery burns out, the bag's function is to minimize the amount of air in the vicinity and consequently extinguish the fire.
